چکیده

در این بررسی رسوبات کرتاسه‌ پسین در منطقه زیارت کلا, البرز مرکزی به منظورتعیین ژرفای دیرینه و چگونگی تغییرات نسبی سطح آب مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. این رسوبات با 200 متر ستبرا متشکل از طبقات مارنی و مارن آهکی بوده و بر اساس روزن‌بران پلانکتونیک، دارای سن ماستریشتین پسین  (زون Abathomphalus mayaroensis) هستند. به منظور تعیین ژرفا و تغییرات نسبی سطح آب در طی انبایش این طبقات از سه روش متداول‏ شامل مورفوتایپ‌های روزن‌بران پلانکتون، نسبت  روزن‌بران پلانکتونیک به  بنتیک وتعیین جنس‌ها وگونه‌های روزن‌بران بنتیک شاخص ژرفا استفاده شده ­است. مطالعه آماری مورفوتایپ‌ها نشان داد که مورفوتایپ نوع سوم که شاخص مناطق ژرف‌تر است در بخش‌های ابتدایی برش و مورفوتایپ نوع اول که شاخص مناطق کم‌ژرفا‌است در بخش‌های میانی برش فراوانی بیشتری دارند. همچنین تغییرات ژرفا با استفاده از دو جنس Globotruncana(ژرفازی) و Pseudoguembelina (سطحی‌زی) بررسی شد. به منظور تعیین ژرفای دیرینه در منطقه‌ مورد مطالعه، نسبت روزن‌بران پلانکتونیک به کل اجتماع روزن‌بران منهای انواع روزن‌بران بنتیک درون‌زی تعیین وازمعادله Depth = e (3. 58718 + (0. 03534× %*p)) استفاده شد. بررسی جنس‌ها و گونه‌های روزن‌بران بنتیک شاخص ژرفای و نیز نتایج به دست آمده در روش‌های بیان شده نشان می‌دهد که این رسوبات در محدود‌ی بخش نریتیک خارجی تا باتیال میانی نهشته شده‌اند. همچنین نتایج به دست آمده نشان می‌دهد که ابتدا و انتهای برش مورد مطالعه ژرف‎تر از بخش میانی آن بوده است.
